I heard back from UnoTelly support, they were asking me to change how I blocked the google DNS servers. I had a static route directing them to my routers IP. I have instead directed them to an unused internal IP Address and everything has started working again. In this case the issue is not related to DNS settings you have used but the server you used. Have in mind that not every server works for Amazon Prime as they are blocking VPN providers by blacklisting their IPs. You may try Nevada servers, the hostname is nv.us.hma.rocks.
